At Unique Gears Hub, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer a full refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include original packaging.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, newspapers)
  • Sanitary and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health & personal care items

Proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

  • Items with visible use or damage not caused by us
  • Opened media (CD, DVD, software, etc.)
  • Returns initiated after 30 days

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status via email. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the sender shipped it to themselves, refunds go directly to the sender.
